Services and packages
Callers ask what a package includes and which option fits a question they already have. The answer comes from the description the provider approved.
For telecom providers
Answer routine customer calls from information you approve, help people use self-service, and send the calls that need a person to the right team. Armenian, Russian, English, and other languages can be configured.

AI Call Center
Telecom support
The public page describes the service. A personalized link opens a demo whose scenario is chosen in the admin tool.
Telecom support repeats the same explanations all day. The assistant takes that first response and leaves account changes, payments, and exceptions with people.
Callers ask what a package includes and which option fits a question they already have. The answer comes from the description the provider approved.
People want to know what the app can do. The assistant can explain those functions without pretending to open an account.
Approved instructions for how a customer pays or tops up can be explained. Taking the payment itself needs a separate integration.
Roaming questions can be answered from the information the provider has approved and keeps current.
A short, approved set of checks can be walked through. Anything beyond that list goes to a person.
When the question needs an operator, the call is routed to the team the provider named for that kind of inquiry.
01
The call reaches the assistant on the number and routing the provider sets up. Nothing on this page assumes a network integration is already in place.
02
The assistant uses the service descriptions, app guidance, and instructions the provider has accepted. It does not invent prices, package terms, or support policy.
03
Account-specific questions, package changes, payments, and service activation are handed to the right team. Those actions need their own integrations. They are not available just because the assistant can talk about them.
These are the kinds of calls the assistant can be configured to handle. Each answer still has to be approved by the provider.
Questions about services and packages
Explain what an approved description says. Do not quote a price or a condition that was not supplied.
Guidance on using the provider’s app
Describe the functions the provider has published. Do not invent the taps inside the app.
Payment and top-up instructions
Read the approved way to pay or top up. Do not take a payment or show a balance.
Roaming information
Use the roaming text the provider approved. Do not guess coverage or charges.
Basic troubleshooting
Follow the written checks. Stop and route the call when the steps run out.
Routing to human support
Recognize that a person is needed and transfer according to the route the provider configured.
Հայերեն, Русский, English
A telecom provider in Armenia can answer Armenian-speaking customers first, and also Russian, English, and other languages that are configured. Turning a language on does not by itself mean every accent or every product name will be understood.
The assistant handles repetitive questions, explains approved information, and routes the call. Reading a real balance, changing a package, taking a payment, or activating a service requires a connection to the provider’s systems. That connection is scoped separately. It is not included in the conversation alone.
Tell us which inquiries repeat and which ones must reach an operator. We will shape a demo around that. We do not publish a support number or a street address here.
